  Emergency Maintenance
 The WestWind maintenance team is on call, all the time for emergency repairs to your apartment. The following issues are considered emergencies:
  • Gas leak
  • Water leak
  • No hot water
  • No heat or A/C
  • Inoperable Door Lock
  • Overflowing toilet
  • Inoperable range or refrigerator
  • Landing Lights Not Working
  • Inoperable Appliances
  • Any Situation That Could Cause Injury or Damage
Please call 366-2400 and listen for the options on the answering service. This is so important that you do this. If we do not hear from you when there is a problem, we cannot address it. Thank You!
 
Non-Emergency/Routine Maintenance
 Residents simply call the office to report any and all maintenance problems. We're proud of our same-day repair service!  Request Maintenance 		  
     
  Courtesy Patrol
Our Courtesy Patrol officer keeps a watchful eye on the grounds, all night, every night. He'll respond to anything our residents notice - all they have to do is call our office, anytime.		  
     
  Lockout Service
Lockouts happen, and we're prepared. Should residents find themselves locked out of their apartments during office hours, they may stop by and borrow a spare key. After office hours, a small charge applies.		  
     
  Lock Change
We'll change your apartment or mailbox lock upon request, for a small fee.		  
     
  Open 7 Days a Week
Our rental office is open every day of the week for your convenience.
Monday - Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm
  Saturday   10:00am to 4:00pm
  Sunday   1:00-4:00pm
 
     
  Special Services Just for You
For those situations where you need a few photocopies, need to send a local fax, or need something notarized, come by our office. We'll be happy to help you!
  • Photocopies are 10¢ each
  • Local fax is $2
  • We accept packages from UPS and Federal Express in our office for you to pick up later. (Sorry, no oversized packages accepted.)
